Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026
Plain summary. Use it for your business, pay for it monthly, cancel whenever you like and take your data with you. Your data is yours. Check the numbers before you send an invoice to a customer.
1. The agreement
These terms are between you, or the company you represent, and Triple C Coaching, which operates CrewCadence. By creating an account you agree to them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account, including anything the field users you invite do. Tell us straight away if you think someone has got in. You must give accurate information when you sign up, and you must be authorized to act for the company you register.
3. Payment
Pricing is per office seat, with unlimited field users on every plan. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are not refundable for a partial month.
Founding members. If you joined as one of the first five contractors, the rate agreed with you in writing is locked for as long as you remain a customer. It does not rise as your company grows and it does not rise when the list price rises for everyone else. That is a commitment, not an introductory offer.
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price for anyone else.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. Before you go, you can export your data, and if you would rather we sent you a copy, ask and we will. We may suspend or close an account that is not paid for, or that is being used to break the law or damage the service.
5. Your data belongs to you
Everything you put into CrewCadence stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your jobs, budgets, documents or customer records. We store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other contractors.
6. The numbers are yours to check
CrewCadence produces budgets, margin figures, progress invoices and work-in-progress schedules from what you and your crew enter. Those outputs are only as accurate as the information behind them.
Check an invoice before you send it to a customer, and check a figure before you rely on it. CrewCadence is not an accountant, a lawyer or a licensed advisor. Nothing it produces, including anything the PM Coach tells you, is accounting, tax, legal or bonding advice. Talk to your own professionals before making a decision that depends on it.
7. Fair use
Do not use CrewCadence to break the law, to store someone else's data without their permission, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access to it. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep CrewCadence running and to keep your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Nothing here is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use CrewCadence after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
