Privacy Policy

Plain summary. We collect what the software needs to run your jobs. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other contractors, and you can ask for a copy or ask us to delete it at any time. The detail below explains exactly what is collected and which outside services it passes through.
Who we are
CrewCadence is operated by Triple C Coaching. Contact: david@tripleccoaching.com, 303-887-5369.
What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, company name, and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in a readable form.
Company records you enter. Office address, phone, email, website, legal entity name, license numbers, insurance details, and an EIN if you choose to add one for a W-9. We do not collect or store bank account details, card numbers or Social Security numbers anywhere in the product.
Your people. Names, job classifications, pay and billing rates, certifications and expiry dates for the workers you add. Field users also have a login with an email address.
Your customers. Company names, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers and billing addresses that you enter for the people you invoice.
Job data. Budgets, estimates, costs, expenses, schedules, progress, hours, service calls, invoices, change orders and safety records.
Documents you upload. Contracts, permits, drawings, receipts, photographs and anything else you file against a job. See the Inbox note below for the one case where a document leaves our systems.
Support and product usage. Feedback you send, questions you ask the PM Coach, and standard server logs including IP addresses, used to keep the service running and to rate-limit sign-in attempts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with other contractors or with the general contractors you work for. We use the following service providers to run the product, and each one only receives what it needs:

Worth reading twice. The Inbox files documents for you automatically. To do that, a PDF or image you send to the Inbox is transmitted in full to Anthropic, along with a list of your job names and addresses, so it can identify the document and read off details such as the vendor, amount and date.
Uploading a file directly to a job's Documents tab does not do this. That file goes straight to storage and is never sent anywhere else. If a document is too sensitive to leave our systems, upload it to the job rather than the Inbox. Word and Excel files are never sent, whichever route you use.
Anthropic does not use data submitted through its business API to train its models.
We will also disclose data if the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Where it is stored
On servers in the United States, operated by the providers listed above.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. If you close your account, we delete your company data within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your jobs, budgets, invoices, workers, customers and documents. Backups may take up to 90 days to age out. We may keep basic billing records where tax law requires it.
What you can ask for
- A copy of your data, in a format you can use.
- Correction of anything that is wrong.
- Deletion of your account and everything in it.
- An explanation of anything on this page.
Email david@tripleccoaching.com and you will get a reply within a few days. We do not charge for any of this, and we will not make you cancel to get a copy of your own records.
Children
CrewCadence is business software and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects what happens to your data, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
